
In the middle of the landscape of Sörmland among castles and
old manors you will find Mörkö, the green island.
On the north side of Mörkö in close proximity to the ferrybase
lay our restaurant Skansholmens Sjökrog.
It was opened on the eve of midsummer in 1994 and is today run by
Thomas Linder and Pia Hjalmarsson.
From may to september we offer fine dining in the genuine and
beautiful archipelago surroundings. Manager Moa Nygren and
staff will give a luxurious and friendly treatment to remember.
Head chef Marc Enderborg is from Gotland and through a highly
qualified career via Guide Michelin-restaurants in London,
five star hotels in Athens and Dubai he landed in our kitchen
to create amazing flavours inspired by the archipelago and
with ingredients from the best local producers.
